These terms govern text-message communications from Oklahoma Technology Solutions ("OKTechSol"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.

What messages we send

With your consent, OKTechSol sends transactional text messages related to your support requests, including:

• Call summaries and support-ticket confirmations.
• Ticket status updates.
• Links to call recordings for your own support calls.

Opting in

You may opt in by providing verbal consent during a support call, or by texting START to (572) 229-8424.

Opting out

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or END. You will receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies and depends on your support activity. Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
